Shipping policy

Processing time

Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed (this doesn’t include shipping time). We are making our candles in small batches and very often they are being made to order. This way you can be sure that the product you receive is fresh and made specially for you. 

Delivery time

All our candles are being shipped via Australia Post, and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please see below timeframe provided by Australia Post:

NSW – 2-6 business days

Other states – 3-6 business days

Please note that Luna Deco can’t take responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume season.

At this moment we are shipping only within Australia.

Cost

For all our products, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 for standard shipping and $17 for express shipping. Orders over $100 come with free shipping. 

Local pick-up and drop-off options (around the North Shore area of Sydney) are also available.  To enquire, please contact us at info@lunadecocandles.com.au

Tracking your order

Once your order has been posted you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post (please make sure to include your email address/phone number when ordering) which you can use to check where your parcel is at and when it will be arriving.
